Description

On a 12-day trip that you'll never forget, you'll visit Egypt's most famous places. Make sure you stop at the Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza, the Egyptian Museum, Memphis, and Sakkara before heading south to Luxor. Visit Dandara and Abydos. Then, go to the east bank to see the Karnak and Luxor temples. When it's done, go to the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. Aswan is also where you can find the temple of Philae and the High Dam. Then you'll go back to Cairo, where you'll have a day trip to Alexandria before leaving.

Day 1: Cairo - Welcome to Egypt.

Welcome to Egypt with an organized pick-up service coordinated with the arrival time of your flight.

First of all,  Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will wait for you at Cairo Airport with your name to pick it up easily. Then you will be transferred to your private A/C vehicle, ready to take you to your hotel.

Day 2: Cairo – Egyptian Museum & Great Pyramids

our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to take you to your own air-conditioned vehicle.

At the first stop, you will be amazed by the Egyptian Museum, which contains thousands of artifacts, original statues, and an invaluable collection of Egyptian art. Most incredible is the entire exhibition of King Tutankhamun, including the golden treasures found in his tomb in 1920.

At the next stop, you will visit the great pyramids of Egypt, the wonder of the ancient world. Where you will visit and capture panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and many other great photo opportunities.

Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred in comfort to your hotel.

Day 3: Nile Cruise – Luxor East Bank

Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel in Cairo. You will then be transferred to the airport, ready for your flight to Luxor.

You will then be transferred to your private air-conditioned vehicle, ready to begin your tour.

First, you will stop at the east bank to visit Karnak Temple and Luxor. Wander around the Luxor Temple to admire its impressive courtyard and granite statues of Ramses II.

Next, visit Sphinx Street, Hypostyle Hall with its 134 giant columns, and the magnificent Temple of Amun adorned with lotus and papyrus patterns.

Once the tour is complete, you will be taken in comfort to the ride.

Day 4: Nile Cruise – Luxor West Bank

Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will be waiting for you on the cruise, ready to take you to your private air-conditioned vehicle.

The tour will begin in the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and many other impressive ancient temple ruins.

In the Valley of the Kings, you will be transported back in time as you enter the tombs of the pharaoh which have columns and painted walls. Then to see the statue of Memnon. It consists of two huge statues representing King Amenhotep III towards the Nile River.

Once the tour is complete, you will be transported in comfort to the cruise.

Day 5: Nile Cruise – Edfu

First, you will visit the magnificent Temple of Horus in Edfu. Then return to the cruise to sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple used by the gods Sobek and Harveys.

In the evening, the cruise holds a galabiya party.

Day 6: Nile Cruise – Aswan

At the first stop, you will visit the High Dam which has stunning views of Lake Nasser. Then you will visit the Temple of Philae, which has been abruptly removed from its original resting place.

Once the tour is complete, you will be taken in comfort to the ride.

Day 7: Aswan - Cairo

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 8: Alexandria Tour

Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to take you to Alexandria by A/C.

At the first stop, you can admire the famous Library of Alexandria, one of the largest and most amazing examples of antiquity.

On the next stop, you visit the site of the Pharos Lighthouse in Alexandria, once a wonder of the ancient world. Now in its place, the Great Qaitbay Fort.

Then visit the gardens of the Montazah Palace of King Farouk. Where you can marvel at the presidential palaces in Salamlek and Haramlek and the beaches adjacent to them. Followed by great photo opportunities at the most charming mosque and the monumental statue of Alexander the Great in Alexandria.

Next stop, a visit to the oldest church in Africa; St Mark's Church. Then continue a trip to the ancient port of Alexandria with views of the entire city and multiple stops at unique photo opportunities. Finally, make a stop in downtown Alexandria.

Day 10: Cairo – The Citadel & Old Cairo

Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to take you to Cairo by A/C.

At the first stop, you will visit the Citadel of Salah El-Din built by Salah El-Din on the Mokattam hills in 1183 AD, which was established as a military outpost to protect Cairo from invaders.

Then you will visit the amazing Muhammed Ali Alabaster Mosque designed by Turkish architect Yusuf Bushnak, the designer from Istanbul who built this amazing mosque for Muhammed Ali, ruler of Egypt for more than 45 years.

Finally, visit Old Cairo to see the Abu Serga Church, the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred in comfort to your hotel.

Children Policy

  • Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Notes:

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics, as well as the price and cancellation policy.

Tour Voucher:

After your Tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy reflects our values.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Prices

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Excursions

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

Cruise accommodation

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
  • For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
