Our "Egypt Accessible Travel" You'll be picked up at your hotel in Hurghada and driven to Luxor in a comfortable, air-conditioned car to see the famous Karnak Temple, the world's largest religious building. Ancient Egyptians thought so highly of this place that they called it Ipet-isut, which means "the holiest of places."
Over more than 2,000 years, pharaohs from many different dynasties built the temple, or more accurately, the group of temples that make up the temple.
"Hypostyle Hall" is one of the largest rooms in the complex, and it has a beautiful grove of massive columns.
You'll stop for lunch in Luxor on the way to the Valley of the Kings to break up the trip.
After lunch, you'll go to the West Bank of the Nile to see the two giant statues of Amenhotep III called the Colossi of Memnon.
The next stop is the Valley of the Kings, where tombs cut into the desert rock hold the pharaohs' treasures for the afterlife.
The Temple of Hatshepsut is in El Deir El Bahary.
Go there in the afternoon to see it. This beautiful temple was built in the desert to honor Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt's only female pharaoh. It rises in terraces from the plain below.
After that, you'll have time to go through Luxor at your own pace. Check out the fundamental papyrus institutes and the alabaster factory while you're there. After that, you will be taken back to your hotel in Hurghada.
